The Magical Mystery Cabin is a private residence (not a vacation rental). Stays are donated to auctions to raise funds for certain nonprofit organizations. This site is intended to provide information for potential auction bidders.
A 3-night stay is valued at $1,300, consisting of:
$350 – value of rental per night
$250 – housekeeping, property management, insurance & restocking supplies
